Watercolour Sheep

Experiment with masking fluid to create lovely textures within your sheep’s fleece. Allow yourself to be freer with the watercolours by using different colours to promote form and depth in your work.

Materials needed:

  • A4 watercolour paper or cartridge (250gsm plus)
  • H Pencil
  • Size 4 or 6 round brush, size 1 round brush
  • Masking fluid (optional)
  • Rubber Yellow ochre, burnt umber, Paynes grey, brilliant blue or turquoise, emerald green, sap green, violet, mauve watercolours
