Schools

ArtBase believes in the philosophy that you can never have enough Art!

Being creative is a vital part of a child’s education. It offers a unique contribution to a pupil’s personal development and has a positive impact on their wider achievements.

ArtBase works collaboratively with schools to expand and compliment their existing Art programmes.

ArtBase’s after-school clubs give children the opportunity to explore both contemporary and historical art as well as arts and crafts from other cultures and countries. Inspired by artists ranging from Van Gogh, Picasso, Hundertwasser, Bridget Riley to name a few, we work with pupils to build a repertoire of skills, explore different techniques and experiment with a range of materials.

Students work both in groups and on their own, and we encourage learning through exploration. We want children to be adventurous and take risks!
